Our website is powered by GHST.ca on the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Your information is stored on secured servers located in Canada, and our website uses an encryption technology called SSL to protect your personal information through encryption of your order information, such as name, address and credit card number. Your payment data is automatically encrypted according to high security standards and transmitted to the Stripe payment platform, for verification and transaction processing.

While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, our employees are trained and aware of the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal information. These will be kept as long as we need them for legitimate business purposes and as required by law. Thereafter, these personal data will be destroyed..

 

Age of consent

A minor person may navigate our website, however he/she will not be allowed to register or make purchases on our site under any circumstances. We do not wish to collect personal information from minors. These measures have been established to protect them.

Purchasing Policy 

Prices and availability

All prices indicated on our site are in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes, customs duties, customs clearance taxes and shipping costs. The price and availability of products offered on our website may be subject to change without notice.

When you place your order, a product, size or colour may be missing from inventory. Bloks Canada reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit your order in the event of insolvency, product unavailability, error in product description and/or in the price displayed on our website or inability on our part to ship your order to you.

Online orders

To place an order online, click on the button”’ Add to cart”’ on the page section displaying the desired product. Your shopping cart is available, at all times, in the upper right corner of our website pages. Before clicking on “Order” make sure you check and correct your basket contents (quantity, model, size, colour, etc.) if necessary. Changes to the basket can be made at any time, even during the transaction process.

During the order confirmation process, you can enter your promotional code number, if applicable, in the field provided for this purpose and notice the new price following the application of the rebate or promotional offer. On completion of your processed order, you will receive a confirmation by email, as soon as possible, indicating the delivery date, availability and price of the ordered products. An invoice will also be sent to the provided email address. Be sure there is no error in your email address. Please refer to our delivery policy for more details of the shipping of your order.

Methods of payment

When you place an order on the Bloks Canada website, your payment is processed through the Stripe secure online payments platform. The platform’s privacy policy and payment terms are available at www.stripe.com.

On our website, prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express

The total amount of your order is payable in one payment. It will first be pre-authorized on your credit card, and then, once the order is completed and ready to be shipped, the amount will be charged to your credit card. The transaction will appear under the name ” BLOKS CANADA”on your credit card statement.

Sales Taxes

For orders in Canada, the sales tax rate includes the federal and provincial taxes in effect at transaction time as well as the delivery address provided.

PST (provincial sales tax) is added to all orders from the following provinces:

For orders delivered to the United States, sales taxes do not apply.

Order cancellation or modification

To cancel or modify an order, once the payment has been pre-authorized or invoiced, contact Bloks Canada Inc’s sales department by email at info@bloks.ca  or by phone at 514-666-2565 / 1-833-666-2565 (toll-free number across Canada).

We will do our best to respond to your request, however, please note that orders already shipped will not be eligible for modification or cancellation.

Wish List

The wish list option is available on the Bloks Canada website. To add products to your list, click on the heart at the bottom of the page section displaying the desired product or to the right of the product name on the home page. Your wish list is accessible, at any time, by clicking on the heart at the top right of our website pages. It can be shared with your family members and friends either by email or on social networks (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Google +).

When on the wish list page, you can add products from it the to your shopping cart, by clicking on the button ”Add to cart” located to the right of the desired products.

Shipping Policy 

We use Canada Post postal services to deliver your orders to all Canadian provinces based on the address you have provided to us.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges apply to your online orders. In order to calculate them, please provide a valid delivery address in the proper fields. They will then be added to the total when you process your order. Before you confirm it, you can review your order at any time, including taxes and shipping charges.

You are responsible for providing us with a complete and accurate delivery address. Should a package be returned to us by the postal service and the address you had provided is either incomplete, non-compliant or does not exist, we will have to cancel the order and the delivery charges will not be refundable.

Delivery service

Shipping costs vary depending on the service chosen and your region:

    • Expedited Parcel TM (3 to 5 working days)
    • Xpresspost™ (1 to 3 working days)

You may select the service that suits you best when you place your order.

Signature and proof of identity

Bloks Canada Inc. reserves the right to require the credit card holder to provide an acceptable piece of identification.

The documents that may be required are:

    • Copy or photo of an official and valid identity document (passport, driver’s licence or health insurance card);
    • Copy or photo of the back of your credit card with your signature;
    • Copy or photo of your order confirmation.

The proof of identity can be sent to our postal address at 3555-A Boulevard Matte, Brossard, Qc, Canada, J4Y 2P4 or e-mailed to info@bloks.ca 

You have 10 days to provide us with the required proof. After this delay, your order will be cancelled.

International delivery

Bloks Canada Inc, offers international delivery with Canada Post for selected countries. Depending on the shipment destination, delays may vary from 7 to 14 working days on average, or more in the event of customs withholding. Please note that customs clearance costs vary from one country to another and that we do not assume responsibility for them. Also note that a signature will be required upon receipt of your order.

Free shipping and delivery

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of $70 CAD and over before taxes.

Some exceptions apply, in particular:

Gift cards

  • Gift cards;
  • Promotional products;
  • Products for final sale.

Should a package be returned to us by the postal service and the address you had provided is either incomplete, non-compliant or does not exist, the order will be cancelled and a $12.00 fee will be automatically charged.

Preparation and delivery

The preparation of your order is carried out during working days only. Ordered products are checked, packaged and shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation date. Please note that the type of service chosen for delivery does not affect the order preparation time.

Order tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse for delivery, a tracking number will be provided by Canada Post and be sent to you by email. You can track your order at any time via the ”Order Tracking” tab at the bottom of our website.

Lost or damaged orders

Following verification of your order tracking, if you have a problem or believe it has been lost, please contact Bloks Canada Inc. customer service at 514-666-2565 / 1-833-666-2565. We will do our best to help you.

If you receive your order with damaged products, we will exchange them free of charge. Consult our return and exchange policy for guidance on the steps to follow.

POLITIQUE DE RETOUR 

REMBOURSEMENT

Il est possible d’effectuer un remboursement sur les produits à prix régulier dans les 30 jours, suivant la date d’achat. Aucun retour ne sera accepté pour les produits ayant été portés, lavés, utilisés et/ou endommagés.

Pour obtenir votre numéro d’autorisation de remboursement (#RA), veuillez communiquer avec notre service à la clientèle à l’adresse courriel info@bloks.ca  ou par téléphone au 514-666-2565 / 1-833-666-2565. Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans ce numéro d’autorisation et le produit sera retourné à l’expéditeur à ces frais.

Il est également possible d’annuler votre commande, si celle-ci n’a pas encore été traitée et qu’aucune confirmation d’expédition ne vous a été envoyée. Communiquez avec le service à la clientèle, le cas échéant. Si la confirmation vous a déjà été envoyée, vous pourrez retourner les articles dès la réception de ceux-ci.

L’historique de vos commandes est toujours disponible dans la section « Mon compte » de notre site web.

Les remboursements sont effectuées selon le mode de paiement original dans les 3 jours suivant la confirmation du remboursement et vous devez alloué un délai de 10 jours pour le remboursement sur votre carte de crédit.

Veuillez noter que les cartes-cadeaux, les produits en solde et les produits ” Édition Limitée ” ne sont pas remboursables.

TRANSPORT DE RETOUR

Les frais d’expédition ne sont, en aucun cas, remboursables.  Le client est également toujours responsable des frais d’expéditions pour un retour, sauf advenant le cas qu’il s’agirait d’un défaut de manufacture ou d’une erreur de notre part.

Les produits retournées doivent être dans leur boite ou emballage originale (si applicable) et en bonne état.  Vous devez également joindre à l’intérieur de la boite votre facture ainsi que votre confirmation de retour incluant le numéro de RA associé.  Il est de votre responsabilité de protéger les boites originales et d’emballer les produits de façon sécuritaire avant de nous les retourner.  Tous articles ne respectant pas ces conditions sera retournée à l’expéditeur à ces frais.
